Processing & Handling Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping notification email containing a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Please note that unforeseen customs clearance delays, peak holiday carrier volumes, or extreme weather conditions may occasionally impact exact shipping durations.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. A.M RAE & S.B RAE cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your tracking status indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please reach out immediately to Shane Whiteway via [email protected]. We will work directly with shipping partners to resolve lost package claims or send out a replacement immediately.
